How to make documents read-only in Microsoft Teams

In this tutorial you will learn how to make your documents or files read-only and prevent members from downloading content in your Channels in Microsoft Teams.



Microsoft Teams is a great tool for collaborating with others, as you can upload documents and other files to your Channel. The members of the Team can then edit these files. However, there are occasions where you don't want the Team members to be able to edit or download the content.
